2011 T-Shirt Contest

The 2011 T-shirt designer is Randy Zigo from Mercer, PA. He is predominantly a wildlife artist. He gathers most of his ideas from local surroundings. Randy was also the 2010 PA Working Together For Wildlife winner. His great horned owl design, "Night Watchman", was featured on the January 2010 issue of the PA Game News.
